Thoughts | First Review of the iPod Touch 5G Camera

I always loved my old iPod Touch, but I sold the third generation two years ago to upgrade to an iPad 2. I missed it a lot, so I was over the moon when they decided to upgrade the iPod Touch 5th Generation display to Retina and add a decent 5 megapixel camera. I have been patiently awaiting this mobile goodie for two weeks!

There weren’t many samples of photos from the iPod Touch’s 5 megapixel camera, so I thought I’d share a quick few. The HD video recording is great, but I’m not ready to share those funny videos we’ve made just yet. I am definitely pleased with the quality, thrilled to have my palm pilot PDA back in my pocket everywhere again. I will deal with the low-light grain, if I even need to use it that much. Don’t forget, I’ve got two other mega cameras to use, too!

Oh, and the Retina display… GORGE! Just gorge! More to come in the weeks ahead…
