Diving into seafood this year? Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch is a wealth of information. Dare I say, Monterey was the most beautiful place I’d ever move to if I could convince my whole family to go with us… The seafood there is amazingly delicious! Oh, and beware of farmed Atlantic Salmon!

We have to change. Yes we do.

Forget Skinny.

The running rewards never end… I just wish I could buy them all, today.

Junk Food’s Cool Factor: Can we moms compete? I sure think so. It’s just going to take time.

We must have been on a similar journey at the same time. And yes, I agree with her, I write about certain foods because I love to eat them, not just because they are healthy.

I’m totally into the Biggest Loser this year. Every running blogger I’ve started following seems to watch the show, so I’m jumping on the bandwagon – and Jillian is back, so ’nuff said. I will not join them in watching The Bachelor. I’ve got to draw the line somewhere people.

I found this lovely simple butternut squash recipe when I was in need of something to do with the 2nd squash I purchased last week and didn’t use for my soup.

So simple and tasty! butternut squash + sugar + butter + salt [400°F x 40 minutes] = YUM!

Friday’s lunch is… how could you guess?!
