Something for the Weekend | #katenesi

Are you ready for the snow? It’s only raining here.

Here’s a preview (i.e. only recent full body photo) of my weight-loss/healthy process… I’m making progress! By the way, Miles lasted in that thing about 10 minutes for me while I started to get dinner together.

Godin always gives me something to think about. Who trusts you? Who wants to hear from you? Who will collaborate and support and engage with you? Scarcity and Abundance in the digital age.

Racing with Babes has got it right. Life’s all about perspective. Some people come, some go.

She is also inspiring with her focus on not only her running goals, but her family.

I love Shut Up + Run. She’s bad, aren’t we all, so what? Who cares?

A great reminder of the habits we teach our children, but we fail to do ourselves. I definitely need to work on 5 and 7 in times of stress. What do you need to work on?

Now, there’s an idea… a reverse bucket list.

How to convert to clean eating the easy way. I love The Gracious Pantry, it’s such a healthy resource.

And Miles likes to eat clean, too. He lurves his green beans.

Until next week sometime, friends.

What are you doing this weekend?
I’m hoping the snow won’t derail plans to go to the Melting Pot with my hubby, a dinner with family and friends, and a weekend 6 miler with Rita.

Do you like green beans?
I love ’em long time.

How about French Cut ones?
Chris loves those, I’m not a fan.
