“Don’t think about making art, just get it done. Let everyone else decide if it’s good or bad, whether they love it or hate it. While they are deciding, make even more art.”
– Andy Warhol

There is power in private, quiet spirituality. I appreciate when others aren’t so forthcoming about their religious beliefs. To me, it’s more genuine when it’s not constantly shouted from the rooftops about how much your love your higher power.

Someone’s finally got it right that everything you know about fitness is a lie. I’ve always been the only woman among the sweaty men on the barbell side of the gym. They stare oddly at me, but I won’t be using those girlie static weight-machines anytime soon. Get outta my way guys, that barbell is mine… I’ve been known to knock one or two people over on my way to the squat barbells. Opps!

Unless you can afford certified organic meats, it might be wise to consider vegetarianism. Certain countries won’t accept meat from the United States due to it’s use of ractopamine. Ugh. Is there anything safe to eat anymore?

Will there ever be an end to the junk? I am so glad I don’t drink coffee, tea, or have a caffeine addiction. I wake up with ease, no additives needed.

So, keeping my old “skinny” clothes won’t motivate me to keep losing weight? I believe it. I won’t be getting rid of my expensive workout gear though – I’ll squeeze my huge butt into my cold-gear under armor pants and tops until they fit me, gosh darnit.

I’ve never felt denied being frugal, but I definitely think it takes a commitment and focus on one’s priorities.

What happens when you throw every ounce of privacy out the window? Not much, but a few weird happenings along the way.
