Dare I say, it’s a healthy Chocolate Fudge.

Yes. I would like to venture to believe that this is a healthier version of fudge, and definitely a chocolate snack I don’t feel awful about. It has several of my favorite ingredients, and not much else.

I found this recipe on Pinterest, where I meal plan. This has been on my “to do” list for some time now. I had a chocolate hankering on my day off last week, so I whipped them right up.

– 1/2 cup coconut oil
– 1/2 cup honey
– 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp cocoa powder
– 2 tbsp peanut butter

I also added a splash of vanilla. I’m sure you can cut back on the honey if you were worried about too much sugar. Also, I didn’t do the peanut butter swirl, just mixed in natural peanut butter.

Place the mixture on wax paper in a pan. Then set it in the fridge or freezer to set. Once set, cut into whatever you’d like and enjoy it!

Since it’s warm out right now, and coconut oil melts above 70 degrees, I had to cut these quickly and get them back into the fridge. These would be a perfect fall or winter dessert, dare I say, guilt free.

Let me know if you’re going to try them!
